Add, edit, and remove Tracker reminders

Trackers help you record important health stats in the Walmart Wellness app. You can track important vitals like blood glucose, blood pressure, weight, mood, sleep and much more. Each Tracker measures and visualizes trends—and allows you to set reminders for when to record your data.

You can also add personalized notes to your recorded health info directly in your Trackers, too.

Here's how to add info and notes in Trackers:


Android Instructions

Data must be added to a Tracker first, before following the steps below.

First, open a tracker:

  1. Tap Trackers (bottom right).
  2. Tap the View chart button at the bottom right of any tracker. 
    1. To view the full list of trackers, scroll down.
To add a tracker reminder
  1. Tap the pencil button at the right of the Reminders field .
  2. Tap + ADD A REMINDER.
  3. A new reminder should appear:
    • Tap the blue reminder time (e.g 8:00 AM) to set a time.
    • Tap the blue reminder text at the right (e.g Daily) to set an interval.
To edit a tracker reminder
  1. Tap the pencil button at the right of the Reminders field .
  2. To change the time:
    1. Tap the blue time text (e.g 8:00 AM ) and select a new time.
    2. Tap OK to save.
  3. To change the interval:
    1. Tap Daily to change the reminder frequency.
    2. Tap the days of the week to select (blue) or deselect (white) when to send the reminder. 
    3. Tap Done to save.
To remove a tracker reminder
  1. Tap the pencil button at the right of the Reminders field.
  2. Tap the X at the right of the reminder time to remove it. 
  3. Tap OK to confirm. 

iOS Instructions

Data must be added in a tracker first, before following the steps below. 

First, open a tracker:

  1. Tap Trackers (bottom right).
  2. Tap the View chart button at the bottom right of any tracker.

To add a Tracker reminder
  1. Tap the pencil button at the right of the Reminders field.
  2. Tap Add Reminder.
  3. You will now see a variety of options:
    • Tap the Remind at field (e.g. 8:00 AM)  and select a time from the scroll wheel at the bottom. 
    • Tap the Frequency and Every fields to set an interval (e.g. Frequency: Daily, Every: 1 day)
  4. Tap Save (top right).
  5. Tap Done (top right). 
To edit a Tracker reminder
  1. Tap the  pencil button at the right of the Reminders field.
  2. Tap a reminder time (e.g. 8 AM Every day).
    • To edit the time:
      1. Tap the Remind at field (e.g. 8:00 AM).
      2. Select a new time from the scroll wheel at the bottom.
      3. Tap Save (top right).
      4. Tap Done (top right).  
    • To edit the interval:
      1. Tap the Frequency field (e.g. Daily).
      2. Choose Daily or Weekly from the scroll wheel at the bottom. 
      3. Tap the Every field (e.g. 1 day).
      4. Choose a new interval (e.g 2 days, 2 weeks, etc).
      5. For Weekly reminders, you can also choose a specific day of the week by tapping On the following days field (e.g. Tue).
  3. Tap Save (top right).
  4. Tap Done (top right). 
To remove a Tracker reminder
  1. Tap the  pencil button at the right of the Reminders field.
  2. Tap a reminder time.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen. 
  4. Tap Delete Reminder.
  5. Tap Done (top right).
