How do I access a digital vaccine record for a family member or dependent?

Currently, only the individual connected to the pharmacy services in a account will see their digital vaccine record. 

Each vaccinated individual will need to create their own account and connect to the online pharmacy services to access their digital vaccine record. 

  • If you have a account that is registered to you—but supports another family member using the pharmacy services—you will need to create a second account for yourself to access your digital vaccine record. 
  • To create an account for yourself or a dependent, follow follow the instructions in this article.

Access for family members and dependents will be available in the future. We are also working to support additional features for dependents.
