Why do I see an "Account Creation Failed" error when verifying my online pharmacy account?

If you see an "Account Creation Failed" error during the online pharmacy verification process, the information provided in your online profile may not match what the pharmacy or identity verification service has on file. 

If you entered incorrect information during the verification process:

  1. Confirm the last name, date of birth, and street address are accurate and up-to-date.
  2. Wait 24-hours and try to complete the online verification process again with any corrected information. 
    (This process is for account security purposes). 

If you recently changed your name, address, phone number, or other identifying information:

  1. Visit your local Walmart Pharmacy store to update and verify your information in person. 
  2. Bring your government ID and any previous Walmart Prescription numbers (if applicable).
