Add, edit, and delete data in Trackers

When you record data in Trackers, the details often matter. Here's how to add new info or make changes to your Walmart Wellness Trackers:


iOS Instructions

  1. Tap the Trackers module (bottom right).
  2. Scroll down to the Tracker category you would like to edit (e.g. Blood Pressure).
To add data to a Tracker:
  1. Tap Add data below the Tracker name.
  2. Trackers offer a variety of scales to record data:
    1. To enter a value: tap any underlined field (e.g. tap the Blood Glucose field).
    2. To select a value from the 1 to 10 scale: drag the slider left to right (e.g. for mood or pain).
    3. To add important notes related to your health data: tap the Notes field.
    4. To save the entered data: tap Save (top right corner).
  3. After you enter two or more data points, a graph will be automatically generated.
  4. A default reminder of 8 AM daily will be set for your newly added Tracker.
To view and edit data added to a Tracker:
  1. Tap View chart at the bottom of the Tracker.
  2. Choose an entry to view or edit.
    • Tap a data point on the graph twice to automatical scroll down to the entry.
    • You can also scroll through the list of dates (at the bottom) to locate an entry.
  3. Tap the entry.
  4. Tap any field to edit additional info.
To delete info added to a Tracker:
  1. Tap View chart at the bottom of the Tracker.
  2. Choose an entry to delete.
    • Tap a data point on the graph twice to automatical scroll down to the entry.
    • You can also scroll through the list of dates (at the bottom) to locate an entry.
  3. Tap the entry.
  4. Tap Delete Data to remove the entry (this cannot be undone).

Android Instructions

  1. Tap Trackers (bottom right).
  2. Tap any Tracker name (e.g. Blood Glucose).
