Schedule or cancel a vaccination appointment

Follow the steps below to book or cancel a vaccination appointment for  COVID-19Flu, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A/B, HPV, Pneumonia, Shingles, and Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis):

Book appointment online:

  1. Open this link and sign in to your Walmart.com account.
  2. Enter the patient's full name, date of birth, and click Continue
  3. Select a vaccine type and click Continue (e.g. Pneumonia).
  4. Click Find an appointment (or click Add another patient to schedule multiple people). 
  5. Enter a zip code (or city, state) and click Find
  6. Click a preferred store location from the list provided and click Continue
  7. Select a date and time and click Continue.
  8. Enter the requested patient information and click Continue

Cancel appointment online:

You will need the original email confirmation sent to you when you first booked your appointment online.

  1. Open the email inbox associated with your Walmart.com sign-in email. 
  2. Search for the email titled "Your Walmart pharmacy appointment" and open the email. 
  3. Click the Cancel online link inside the email (it's below "Need to reschedule or cancel?").
  4. Sign in to your Walmart.com account. 
  5. Verify your date of birth
  6. Complete the prompt to cancel your appointment. 

To book or cancel appointments by phone, call your local pharmacy store.

If you need help finding your pharmacy store phone number, look on your prescription medication bottle or label. You can also visit the Walmart Store Finder website, click Store detail (next to your preferred store location), then click See more services to view phone number and hours of operation.
