Add or update insurance info

Follow the steps below to add, update, or make changes to your new or existing prescription drug insurance:

Update insurance by phone:

1. Call your local Walmart Pharmacy store. 
2. Provide your updated insurance info over the phone. 
3. Confirm the updated info is saved before placing your Rx order. 

Update insurance in person:

1. Visit your local Walmart Pharmacy store. 
2. Go to the Drop Off window at the pharmacy (not the Pick Up window). 
3. Provide the pharmacy staff with your updated insurance info.
