Download Rx history and pharmacy vaccination records

A print out of your pharmacy account history (up to 24 months) is available to view and download on the pharmacy website. (Note: This feature is not yet available in the Walmart app.)

  1. Sign in to the Walmart Pharmacy website.
  2. Select Rx History on Pharmacy Home Page.
  3. Select a date range, then select Download Report.
    • Note: The search date defaults to 15 months. Expand the date range if needed.
  4. Select PDF or CSV file to download your history.
