Add pharmacy access and verify identity online

Walmart app instructions:

1. Download the Walmart app on an Android or iOS mobile device.
2. Enter your Walmart.com sign-in email. 
3. Tap Continue. 
4. Tap Services (bottom right).
5. Scroll down and tap Pharmacy. 
6. Tap Get started (below 'Connect to pharmacy').
7. Complete the required fields to confirm your identity (legal name, phone, date of birth, etc).
8. Tap Continue.
9. Create a 4-digit PIN to complete verification. 
10. Once your account is verified, tap Services > My prescriptions to access and order Walmart Pharmacy refills.

Pharmacy website instructions:

(Note:  The pharmacy website offers limited services. To access full pharmacy services, use the Walmart app.

1. Open the Walmart Pharmacy sign-in page on a desktop computer or mobile browser. 
2. Click Sign In (or if you are new to Walmart, click Create a new account.)
3. Enter your registered email address.
4. Click Continue.
5. Click Add Pharmacy Access.
6. Complete the required fields to confirm your identity (legal name, date of birth, etc).
7. Create a 4-digit PIN to complete verification.
8. Once your account is verified, choose an option to manage your prescriptions:
   1. Click Refill Rx to manage existing refills.
   2. Click Rx History to view a list of prescriptions from the past 2 years.
   3. Click Transfer Rx to transfer a new prescription to Walmart Pharmacy.
